The OG Version Of Key!’s “Give ‘Em Hell” Features A OG Maco Verse

By now, everybody knows about Key! and OG Maco’s Give ‘Em Hell EP that kick-started a lot for both of their careers. “U Guessed It” spawned and spiraled out of control into a huge hit, but this duo wasn’t without their problems. Anyways, the OG version of Key!’s solo “Give ‘Em Hell” included a verse that Maco did. Previously, he was only featured on a… continue reading

EP: Key! – When I Tried To Write For CuDi

So recently Key! of ATL’s Two-9 go juxed into creating some songs for Kid CuDi, only to find out CuDi never authorized this. Pretty crazy right. This is a lesson for all artist right here. Double and triple check the source before you commit to doing something from someone else off the word of a third party. Key!: A while back I was asked to write for Kid Cudi so I linked with FKi for two days and came up with three tracks but come to find out it was never true, so: “When I Tried To Write For Cudi.”… continue reading

Retro Su$h! Ft. Key! – Free Waffles (Prod. By TrapMoneyBenny)

Last night Complex unveiled a new track from Retro Su$h! and Key! of Two9. The verses by these guys were cool but what really stood out yet again was the production by NVRCH’s TrapMoneyBenny. The summertime like feel to this shadows the work of the esteemed DJ Spinz but shows much more of Benny’s personality. “Free Waffles” makes for a nice addition to both the Retro Su$h! and TrapMoneyBenny’s catalogue. Look for a project from the crew to drop soon. Previously: Mixtape: Two9 – A Two9 Christmas Follow @UptownToney
