Sometimes it’s hard to describe why I like a record. This is definitely one of those times. If I had to try, I’d say his usage of rapping and singing mixed in with the creativity is something that gets me every time. You put three of the most colorful artists in the game over a Bangladesh beat is going to equal something special. Boogz and SD have teamed up for a little mixtape, #BoogzRareCollection. Before we drop it, Boogz is going to give two singles and then drop the following week. He put a lot of effort into this collection of records to make them sound like masterpieces. Sound good? It gets better with this first single. Boogetz keeps his cool but expresses his frustration, through passion, with the way the game is designed amongst other things. He also says the song’s meaning is that people fear what they don’t know.

Yes, this is really happening. Nipsey Hussle resurrects last summer’s hottest record to continue to run laps in his marathon. Since partnering with DJ Skee, it seems the Cali native is searching for his identity in his game. The identity that stays true to himself and what he’s built already but also propels him to the next level. Nipsey can definitely do it. And his freestyle, while late, is pretty dope. The way he commands the beat into a whole new song you’d think he originally owned this. Shouts to Mr. X.
