Miguel sings his heart out to the camera in this face to face collage of beauty, simplicity and art. This first release from Miguel’s Art Dealer Chic, Vol. 1 project is inspired by a series of dreams he recently had. A great thing when you can transform your dreams to reality. Check out the artwork that Miguel did himself after the break. The project is due out February 27.

Wow! K.R.I.T.’s cover is crazy dope. The upcoming mixtape 4Eva N A Day is more than likely going to be a grat all round project from K.R.I.T. judging from his past work. Move over Will Smith, Tone Trump is taking the title. With DJ Drama ad DJ Damage, Trump will be releasing his long awaited mixtape/DVD combination on March 1. After the jump is a two minute trailer. I’m looking forward to what he has up his sleeve for the final product.

The time for Maino’s sophomore effort has been set for a final February 28 release. Following up If Tomorrow Comes… is not going to be an easy tak. One of the few debut albums that lived up to expectations and then some with his story lined-theme music. He doesn’t look to be continuing that task with his second LP. It’s all good. With features from T.I., Meek Mill, Roscoe Dash, PUSH! Montana and more, Maino is sure to not disappoint after all this time. Via D. Dot.

Also, on Thursday, Maino will be giving us a free album in the form of I Am Who I Am. This will either hurt or strengthen his album. A whooping 20 tracks says that’ll hurt a little bit. Here’s the first single courtesy of RR. There’s a second person on the last verse but I’m not sure who it is.

Kid Cudi and Dot Da Genius’ first effort together has, so far, been a little bit lackluster. I haven’t heard anything (songs, snippets, etc.) that made me think this might be a spectacular album. With February 28 approaching, WZRD is set to drop two singles on January 30 (“Brake” and “Teleport 2 Me”). Hopefully that peaks my interest. Ten songs, one feature. Track listing after the jump.

Quietly, Rap-A-Lot’s 25th Anniversary set crept it’s self onto Best Buy shelves all over. For having this set be made, there was literally almost no promo (go ahead and check, it didn’t leak online). Two discs of the classic Rap-A-Lot music from over the years, a disc of remakes including Lupe Fiasco, Kirko Bangz, Rick Ross and more and finally a DVD featuring artists discussing the history, legacy and importance of this powerful label is what you get.
