Ever since Trinidad James announced his Def Jam signing the hate has been strong, the debates on his career have vastly increased and questions thrown at the label’s integrity have been made. Still, “All Gold Everything” is a hit, and that has already placed the Atlanta MC in a box. Speaking to Rap-Up last night, he says he’s not a one-hit wonder and explains the claim by saying, “people fail to realize they’re the ones that make a buzz. You can’t buy a true buzz. For all those the people who hate that I’m doing so well, you should hate the people who made me do so well. All I did was make the music and put it out, honestly.”
He also spoke on what made him go to Def Jam, the upcoming video for “One More Molly,” hints at a possible remix for his hit and more.
